Jason,
Great stuff, thanks again. I'd like to use this mobility complex as an active rest in between other KB movements; your tempo here was good for controlled movement.

That's a great combo. I've gotta start thinking more creatively like that.

Nice idea. We do all three of those movements in our warm up, hadn't thought of combining them.

Peace

Great dynamic warmup. I think all of the movements absolutely could be incorporated into a mobility routine. Personally I think KB's are a fantastic mobility tool and use them with my clients all the time. Try out the KB rolling arm bar- need more info please email me. weaver.thomas@gmail.com Now that's mobility/stability/strength all in one. Great posts guys.. love it

Droopy, say it isn't so....

Stehle, we might be able to arrange that.

Micheala, the grip gets tricky, just like everything else, it needs to be trained. Likewise, I don't lower heavy kettlebell snatches directly from overhead, always drop them to my shoulder first to preserve the health of my shoulder. This helps with the grip a little bit, but overall that why the set fails...due to grip, practice, practice and practice makes the grip stronger.
