More Kettlebell Training Inspiration!

A few weeks ago I posted a video of Pamela MacElree Snatching a 32kg Kettlebell 10 times on her right and 7 times on her left.
In the meantime Pamela had a BJJ competition but that hasn’t stopped her from moving ahaed on her kettlebell Training Goals.
Watch the video below to see her progress. I think she’ll make 20R20L very soon.
P.S. Pamela also had a kettleebll training article published in Personal Fitness Professional. You can check that out here: PMac Kettlebell Article

Pam, you never cease to amaze and impress me. You are very inspirational.
Thanks to all, appreciate the love.
This type of training is great for me. It’s half a mental game once you have the strength.
Thata girl Pammy!
This will inspire me to get my weight up. Could be a 40kg speedo snatch in the near future.
Peace, Love and kettlebells
Stehle
Awesome Pam,
That makes my attempts with a lead shot filled 32kg bell look rubbish. I must try harder
You are so smooth w/ that heavy weight! Completely impressive.
An actual question - how do you not lose your grip w/ a heavy weight? I (and many other women I work w/) find I can move the weight w/ my body, but I feel like I’m going to lose it w/ my hand. Suggestions?
It was 10.
Droopy, say it isn’t so….
Stehle, we might be able to arrange that.
Micheala, the grip gets tricky, just like everything else, it needs to be trained. Likewise, I don’t lower heavy kettlebell snatches directly from overhead, always drop them to my shoulder first to preserve the health of my shoulder. This helps with the grip a little bit, but overall that why the set fails…due to grip, practice, practice and practice makes the grip stronger.
