Too funny, last week we had a friend of mine who is a pretty good masters bodybuilder take one of my KB classes. He was using a 12KG KB fitness style, while working next to him was one of my regular females who was using a pro style 12KG bell. Well my BB friend’s chin was on the ground when he could not keep up with the young lady who was swinging a bell that appeared to him to be 3 times the size of the one he was using.
