I like this complex a lot. Until now I’ve done my TGUs fom the ground up. This complex, with a windmill thrown on the end, makes for a very good addition to my workout. I focus on correct form for each movement and count a cycle on the left and right as a complete set. I rest for 1-minute and repeat 6 times (both sides). Thanks for the solid advice.

I like the combination. I will try it out tomorrow’s workout.

Be careful with that TRX suspension trainer! I tore the meniscus in my knee using that thing and needed arthroscopic surgery.

    Hey John,

Sorry to hear that. I’ve been working with the TRX for many years and never had a problem. There are some drills that I think are best left alone however.

    Thanks a lot. David

    Hey Jason,

I love this one. The added bonus is that great hip flexibilty. My hips feel rubbery, yet still stable. I play golf about once a week and these exercises are amazing to warm up prior to playing. I use it with several baseball players before they take batting practice. The pop you get on both the golf and baseball is astonishing.
