A few weeks ago I was in Louisville, KY for yet another amazing Kettlebell Athletics Kettlebell Certification. As a side note it’s such an amzing experience to travel around the States instructing fitness professionals and coaches on Kettlebell Training, especially since it’s something I love to do.
