More Kettlebell Pull-ups

This time Luis demos a crush grip pull-up performed by squeezing a kettlebell between his 2 palms at our Level 2 Kettlebell Training Certification in NYC. This is a great variation for engaging your pecs as well as your lats during the pull-up.

I love doing those. Adds a whole new dimension to the movement.
