Another short tip on program design.

There are several things to consider when designing
a quality kettlebell training program.

Some of the things you need to take into
consideration are…

-Set & Rep Schemes
-Load
-Training Intensity
-Exercise Selection

And these are just a few, there are many more.

In regard to exercise selection we always put more
complex kettlebell movements such as the Turkish Get-Up
and windmills at the beginning of a workout. These
movements require a certain amount of coordination and
attention to detail.
