Kettlebell Snatches…the hard way

Despite some kettlebell training camps crying about tradition and the correct way to use kettlebells, there are many different ways to snatch a kettlebell. This kettlebell snatch goes by several different names…the Gorilla Snatch, the Reciprocal Snatch…the Ricochet snatch…whatever you want to call just start light and master the timing before trying to move any heavy kettlebells.
