Training for a little kettlebell get-together that we’re having on December 6th:

24kg Kettlebell Snatches.

10 Minutes/Switch hands every 10 reps.

24kg Kettlebell Push Presses.

30 seconds work/30 seconds overhead lockout R/30 seconds work/30 seconds overhead lockout L.

4 sets.

Kettlebell Swings.

10 minutes. Switch hands every 10 reps.

    Jason, What is the advantage to the “healthy Snatch” over regular snatches ? Saw a very strong lady in the blog yesterday doing these and you made a few comments about them. I tend to blow out my rotator cuffs overy now and then if I overtrain regular snatches. Many thanks. Enjoying your training DVD’s. Rusty Green
